Hospitality Development & Management

From Land to Landmark.

Green Heritage is open to discussing hospitality projects with landowners, hotel owners, resort investors and developers, from an early idea towards an operating property: land, feasibility, design, finance, approvals, construction, launch and management. Whether and how Green Heritage can help with any stage is agreed case by case, in writing, and no stage is assumed to be included.

Your vision. A hospitality conversation.

Partnership models

Four ways to work together

Choose the shape of the conversation. Each model is a way to organise a discussion and is written up on its own terms.

Model A

Design & Build

Landowners and developers who need feasibility, architecture coordination and a construction path.

  • Land and site reading
  • Market and concept notes
  • Architect and planning coordination
Scope and limits

This model does not appoint Green Heritage as the hotel operator, the lender, or a franchise grantor.

Model B

Build & Operate

Investors who want development support and, separately, an operator for the finished property.

  • Development scope from Model A, where agreed
  • An operating brief written before opening
  • A management contract discussed on its own terms
Scope and limits

The development engagement and the operating engagement are separate contracts. One does not automatically include the other.

Model C

Manage under your own brand

Existing hotels and resorts that want professional management and intend to keep their independent name.

  • Operating standards and departmental routines
  • Hiring and training support
  • Revenue, channel and guest-experience reviews
Scope and limits

Your name stays yours. This is not a rebrand and not a franchise.

Model D

Green Heritage brand partnership

Qualifying owners who want to explore whether a Green Heritage name, management mandate, licence or franchise-style arrangement could fit.

  • A qualification conversation, not an application form that approves you
  • Brand, operating and commercial questions kept distinct
  • Any future arrangement documented in its own agreement
Scope and limits

No statement here treats a franchise programme as available or already in operation. A discussion is not an offer of a franchise.

Three separate doors

Guests, members and owners each have their own path

Hospitality partnerships are a business conversation. They do not replace booking a stay or Green Heritage Membership, and nothing there changes.

Why owners start here

One hospitality brief, held from first look to opening day

  • One conversation across the journey

Owners often meet architects, lenders, contractors and operators separately. Green Heritage can help hold the hospitality brief together, from the first land questions through opening discussions.

  • Hospitality before decoration

A beautiful building can still be a weak hotel. Planning starts with the guest, the market, the staffing model and the way the property is meant to earn — then design follows.

  • Clear boundaries

Advice, construction, management, licensing and any brand arrangement are different engagements. They are not bundled into one implied contract on this website.

  • An operating reference, not a catalogue of claims

The public Green Heritage Resort at Bandhavgarh is the hospitality practice this conversation starts from. These pages do not publish a count of third-party projects, awards, or financial results.

Finance and subsidies

A readable file for your lender and your tourism department

A well-organised project file helps an owner talk to a bank and, where a live scheme applies, to a tourism department. The lender decides on credit, and the scheme rules decide on any subsidy.

Open finance and subsidy assistance

Practice

Rooted in a working resort

The public reference is Green Heritage Resort at Bandhavgarh: cottages, grounds and a guest stay that people already book. Partnership conversations begin from that practice.

Green Heritage Resort, Bandhavgarh

The operating resort guests already know. It is where these conversations start. It is not an example of a client's future project.

Questions

Project development questions

Is this the same as booking a stay or buying a cottage membership?

No. Guest bookings and Green Heritage Membership remain separate journeys. Hospitality partnerships are for people who own land, a hotel, or a development and want to discuss creating or operating a hospitality property.

Does Green Heritage lend money or sanction a bank loan?

No. Green Heritage is not a bank and is not a licensed lender. Loan support means helping prepare and coordinate a file. Only a lender can sanction credit, and nothing on this website is a sanction, an interest rate, or a promise that an application will be approved.

Will my project receive a tourism subsidy?

Not automatically. A subsidy exists only when a notified scheme applies to your state, district, project type, investment, approvals and employment, and only after the authority processes a valid claim. This website does not confirm eligibility or an amount.

Can subsidy schemes be combined?

Do not assume that. Some programmes disallow stacking. Each scheme’s current notification has to be read before anyone plans for more than one benefit.

Is a Green Heritage franchise available to join?

These pages do not offer a franchise, and they do not describe a franchise programme as available or in operation. Owners may ask about management, licensing or a brand arrangement. Any of those, if pursued, would be a separate written contract.

Who actually builds the hotel?

Construction is done by Green Heritage where that scope is contracted, or by a qualified execution partner. Architecture, structure, fire and pollution work stay with the licensed professionals the project appoints. Authorities issue the permissions.

What should I not send in the first enquiry?

Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, title deeds, bank statements or other sensitive documents through the public form. A first conversation needs only enough to understand the property and the help you want.

Where does an enquiry go?

When you submit, the form emails your details to the Green Heritage partnerships desk and tells you on the page whether it was delivered, could not be confirmed, or was not sent. This website does not keep its own copy of the enquiry; the email, and any copy our mail system keeps, is the record. It is not sent to guest booking, membership, or the guest booking inbox. If you see anything other than "delivered", please do not assume we have it: call or message the resort.

Private consultation

Request a private consultation

Tell us what the land or hotel is and which part of the journey you want to discuss. The form emails your note to Green Heritage and tells you on the page whether it was delivered. Nothing here is a commitment on either side.
