Model D · Brand partnership

Explore a Green Heritage Brand Partnership.

For owners of qualifying hospitality properties who want to explore working with the Green Heritage name, its management standards, or both. Every conversation starts with the property and, if it goes further, ends in its own written agreement.

Who should enquire

  • Owners of an existing hotel or resort who want professional standards and are open to a brand conversation.
  • Developers planning a new property who want to discuss management and a name together.
  • Operators with a strong location who want to understand what a shared standard would involve.

Engagement structures

What a written agreement could separate

Management, a licence and any franchise-style idea are different things. Each is written down separately, so an owner knows exactly what is being discussed.

  • Management contract

Who runs the hotel, to what standard, and how the owner is reported to.

  • Licence

If a name or standard is licensed, the licence says so. It is not implied by a meeting.

  • Franchise-style arrangement

Discussed only as a possibility for a qualifying owner. This page is not an offer, a registration, or proof that a franchise is approved.

  • Construction contract

Building the asset is a different agreement from operating it or lending it a name.

Responsibilities

What belongs to the owner and what belongs to the brand

The owner

Owns the property and the decisions

  • Provides the property and the capital
  • Keeps decisions on ownership and investment
  • Meets the agreed standards if a brand arrangement is agreed
  • Takes independent legal and financial advice

Green Heritage

Explains, reviews and documents

  • Explains clearly what it can and cannot offer
  • Reviews the property and the owner’s role
  • Sets out standards, fees and terms in writing if a proposal is made
  • Does not treat a meeting as an offer

Qualification

How a brand conversation moves forward

A first note is enough. The steps below show what happens next and where it can stop.

  1. Enquiry

Tell us about the property. Please do not send fees or identity papers.

  2. First conversation

The property, the owner’s role, and what the owner wants from a brand.

  3. Fit review

Location, asset quality and whether the concept can carry a shared standard. Unsuitable projects are told so.

  4. Written proposal, if suitable

Any arrangement is set out in its own agreement. A conversation is not an offer.

Next step

Ask whether a brand conversation is right for your property

Tell us about the property. Do not send franchise fees or identity documents.
