Row Cottage (Serenity Stays)

The Row Cottages reimagine the traditional Indian row-house typology in a resort context — a continuous terrace of individually private yet socially connected cottages, arranged along a shared landscaped promenade. Ideal for groups, corporate retreats, or families travelling with extended circles, the Row Cottages balance personal space with communal connection.

Each unit in the row is a fully self-contained cottage with its own bedroom, bathroom, and private front seating area. Yet the shared promenade between the row creates a natural social space — perfect for evening gatherings, sundowners, or simply the pleasant hum of conversations drifting on the night air.

Corporate groups booking multiple units benefit from our dedicated retreat packages: facilitated team sessions in the open-air conference pod, group safari arrangements, bonfire dinners, and customised team-building activities in the forest. The Row Cottages have become the go-to choice for wellness retreats, photography tours, and conservation volunteer groups.
